Ideal for those seeking relaxation and relief from everyday tension or to alleviate some physical stress.

Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this massage targets chronic tension and pain. By using technique that focus on pinpointing tight knots and tender muscle fibers that can cause discomfort and pain. I apply concentrated pressure to these areas, in order to help release tension and improve mobility.
