Chair Massage
I provide both a relaxation massage and a more therapeutic deeper massage and will customize according to your needs. I specialize in trigger point therapy and joint rotation to improving joint mobility. Enjoy a full-body 60 or 90-minute massage or a 30 or 60-minute target area massage session. Let's find the right one for you.
Massage Therapy Service
This massage service allows us to focus on 1-2 areas of discomfort, with the use of one or more techniques to address client specific issues. You can use 10-15 minutes of massage on your back or arms and hands. You can also upgrade to 60 minutes for additional time.

A gentle, relaxing full-body massage that uses long, smooth strokes to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate stress. Perfect for those seeking relaxation and relief from everyday tension.

Therapeutic Massage
Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this massage targets chronic tension and pain. By using techniques that focus on pinpointing tight knots and tender muscle fibers that can cause discomfort and pain. I apply concentrated pressure to these areas using a combination of techniques, in order to help release tension and improve mobility, increase flexibility, and reduce muscle soreness.
Deep Tissue Massage
A relaxing, all-encompassing treatment that begins with cleansing the skin of impurities which includes a deep cleansing & exfoliation, a soothing mask(if needed), and finishing with massaging oil or cream into your face, neck, and chest . Perfect for maintaining healthy, radiant skin.

Cancellation Policy
Payments To secure your appointment we require a credit or debit card to hold your time slot, which will not be charged until your service{s} are completed. We accept credit card, wallet pay, and cash at checkout. Cancellations and No-Shows Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows. They will be subject to a fee up to the full session price. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or appointment cancellation with applicable charges kept at the discretion of the therapist. Children are welcomed to enjoy some services. Children without appointments are not permitted as this space is unsupervised. It is not a safe or suitable environment for children unsupervised. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or powered down upon your arrival. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary. Duty to Inform Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. We will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions. Scope of Practice Notice In Tennessee, state law prohibits professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with skin/hair/or nail abnormalities of any kind. Should the professional determine that you are ineligible for service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcomed to return. Draping Proper draping technique is of the utmost importance. At all times the massage therapist must provide draping in a way that ensures the safety, comfort, and privacy of the client. TIPPING POLICY "Your satisfaction and relaxation are my top priorities, and I believe that a great massage or esthetics service is its own reward. While tips are always appreciated, they are never expected. Your decision to tip is entirely up to you, and whether or not you choose to tip will not affect the quality of service you receive. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients, and I believe that the best tip is a satisfied client who chooses to rebook with me.
