Chair Massage
I provide both a relaxation massage and a more therapeutic deeper massage and will customize according to your needs. I specialize in trigger point therapy and joint rotation to improving joint mobility. Enjoy a full-body 60 or 90-minute massage or a 30 or 60-minute target area massage session. Let's find the right one for you.
Massage Therapy Service
This massage service allows us to focus on 1-2 areas of discomfort, with the use of one or more techniques to address client specific issues. You can use 10-15 minutes of massage on your back or arms and hands. You can also upgrade to 60 minutes for additional time.
Target Area Massage
A gentle, relaxing full-body massage that uses long, smooth strokes to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate stress. Perfect for those seeking relaxation and relief from everyday tension.

This massage reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Targeting chronic tension and pain with trigger point therapy helps to release tension and improve mobility. Ideal for those looking to alleviate some physical stress.
Therapeutic Massage
Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this massage targets chronic tension and pain. By using techniques that focus on pinpointing tight knots and tender muscle fibers that can cause discomfort and pain. I apply concentrated pressure to these areas using a combination of techniques, in order to help release tension and improve mobility, increase flexibility, and reduce muscle soreness.
Deep Tissue Massage
A relaxing, all-encompassing treatment that begins with cleansing the skin of impurities which includes a deep cleansing & exfoliation, a soothing mask(if needed), and finishing with massaging oil or cream into your face, neck, and chest . Perfect for maintaining healthy, radiant skin.

Space Requirements: The client must provide a quiet, clean, and private or semi-private area of at least 10' x 10' for massage chair, with a trash can, near a electric outlet, and a small table. Noise Levels: The therapist will maintain a "spa-quiet" tone of voice to respect the surrounding office environment. Travel Radius, Fees, & Minimums: * Standard hourly rates of $125 apply (with a 2-hour minimum) to locations within Johnson City, TN. A travel surcharge of $2 per mile will be calculated and applied on a round-trip basis using the most efficient route provided by Google Maps, calculated round-trip from the therapist's office at 409 E. Unaka Ave. Parking: The client is responsible for providing or validating parking. Any parking fees incurred will be added to the final invoice. Session Length: Standard blocks are 10, 15, or 20 minutes. Transitions: A 2–5 minute "turnover" period is required between clients for sanitation and intake. Signup Sheets: The client is responsible for managing the employee signup sheet. Care with Cleo can provide a digital template if requested. Late Arrivals: Employees arriving more than 5 minutes late for their slot may have their session shortened or forfeited to maintain the schedule. Sanitation Protocol: * Therapists will sanitize their hands between every client. The massage chair, including the face cradle and armrests, will be disinfected with hospital-grade, skin-safe wipes after every session. Disposable face cradle covers must be used and changed for every participant. Contraindications: Employees must sign a brief intake/waiver. Massage will be refused for individuals with: Fever or contagious illness. Acute injuries or inflammation in the areas being treated. Severe high blood pressure (uncontrolled). Physical Boundaries: Chair massage is performed over clothing. No oils or lotions will be used unless specifically requested for hands/neck. Financial & Cancellation Terms Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25% is required to secure the date. Cancellation: * Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. Payment: Final payment is due within 24 hours of the event commencement via Invoice. The corporate client agrees to inform employees that massage is a wellness service and not a substitute for medical treatments Acknowledgment. By booking an event, the Client agrees to adhere to the policies stated above.
